The Shotwell Room
Matilda Shotwell, b. 1848, d. 1909, was Jean's great-grandmother.
The Shotwell Room has a wonderful antique double bed
(with a very modern and comfy mattress!), full, private bath and cable
television.
In the winter curl up in the warm down duvet, and in
the summer, guests may turn on the air conditioner, if need be. The
view is panoramic overlooking the meadow, brook, and neighboring orchard.
"Everything
is perfect here - the homey but elegant space, the comfortable
beds, the absolutely delicious breakfasts!"

The Lee Room
Zephaniah Lee, b. 1781, d. 1854, was Jean's many-great- grandfather.
The Lee Room has a king-size bed with a twin option.
In the winter guests may snuggle in the down duvet; on hot summer evenings,
turn up the air conditioner.
Enjoy
a full, private bath, cable television, and private telephone which
may be unplugged to accommodate a laptop computer. The full southern
exposure makes this a warm, sunny room overlooking the gardens.
"Beautiful grounds, lovely house, comfy
bed, delicious breakfasts, gracious hospitality. Thanks for a
great visit - we'll be back!"
